Kia ora whānau of St Catherine’s College,

Unfortunately we are back at Covid Alert Level 2 for the coming week. It is super important that we ‘follow the rules’.

Please take a proactive approach to keeping Covid out of St Catherine’s:

1. Use the Covid Tracer App when you arrive at school and wherever you go.

2. Keep a 2m physical distance from others where possible.

3. Stay home if you feel unwell, ring the Healthline, and contact school about outcomes.

4. Wash your hands well and sneeze /cough into your elbow

5. Sanitise frequently and disinfect tables at the end of each session.

6. Mask wearing on public transport is compulsory.

We are reviewing all activities at school to ensure the health and safety of students and staff.

If a student is away from school we are all ready for ‘Learning at Home’ to kick in. Contact the school about any student needs.

Week 5 commences tomorrow on the 1st of March. Let us gather at St Catherine’s for another great week of teaching, learning, and growing together.

Green of fern - refresh us

Feathers of kereru - warm us

Rocks of Moeraki - encircle us

Waters of Taupo - bathe us

Dive of gannet - focus us

Arc of rainbow - protect us

Stars of Southern Cross - guide us
