Attendance Dues

$1,147 per student, per annum

Due, in full, by 1 December 2026​​​​​​​

As a State Integrated College, Attendance Dues are compulsory. The Attendance Dues levy you pay goes directly to our Proprietors for the benefit of the College. Attendance Dues are used by the Proprietors to pay for property insurance premiums, maintain property, fund modernisation projects, and service historical debt. For 2026, the annual Attendance Dues are $1,147.00 incl. GST, per student.

Attendance Dues must be paid in full by 1 December, 2026.  If you wish to set up a payment plan, please use one of the payment schedules listed below to ensure all Dues are paid in full by 1 December:

• 10 payments of $114.70/month (from February to November)
• 22 payments of $52.15/fortnight (starting February)
• 44 payments of $26.10/week (starting February)

Note: The payment of Attendance Dues is a legal requirement of enrolment at the College, and the College may refer unpaid fees to a debt collection agency.

Voluntary Donations

Special Character Donation and Proprietor’s Donation

The Special Character Donation and the Proprietor’s Donation are collected on behalf of other agencies:

1. Proprietor Donation - $230: This contribution is collected on behalf of the Proprietor, and forwarded to the Proprietor. It is used for long-term capital developments, upgrading and major maintenance of school buildings and facilities to provide infrastructure, and to uphold the Catholic identity and heritage of St Mary’s College.  
2. Special Character Donation - $50: This contribution is collected on behalf of the Archdiocese of Wellington, and forwarded to the Archdiocese. It is used towards the support and delivery of Catholic Special Character Education.
